Lobby and pool/fitness area neat and clean.

Smoking room horrendous, not enough non-smoking rooms.

Staff a bit rude on check in when asked if a non-smoking room had come available (a 'you got what you booked' attitude). However, different staff on Sunday did accommodate a room change to non-smoking, so my spouse who has asthma did get sleep the second night. No hairdryer in room had to be picked up from the front desk. Would not use this hotel again. ...read more
